Canada Day Celebration-Vendor Application

Town of Parry Sound

The Town of Parry Sound invites you to participate in our Canada Day Celebration on July 1, 2025, on James Street, Downtown Parry Sound. This submission serves as the application for both Craft and Food Vendors.

Application Process

• Submission Deadline: Friday, June 13, 2025, at 2 PM.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent via email.

Vendor Space and Fees

• Craft Vendor Space (10' x 10'): $50 + HST
• Food Vendor Space: $100 + HST
• Additional space requests should be specified on the application form and will be considered by Event Organizers.

Event Timeline: July 1, 2025

• Set-up: 9 AM - 11 AM 
• Event Hours: 11 AM - 9 PM
• Take Down: After 9 PM

Vendor Details

• Utilities: Generator power is the vendor's responsibility. No electricity will be provided.
• Signage: Signs must be professional and not interfere with other vendors.
• Compliance: Food Vendors must adhere to North Bay-Parry Sound District Health Unit regulations (see link).

Payment and Cancellation

• Payment Options: Cash, cheque, or debit (in-person at 52 Seguin Street, Parry Sound), or Credit Card through the online portal. 
• Refund Policy: No refunds for cancellations after June 13, 2025.
